Arshiya Ltd approves allotment of 13980000 Equity Shares to the Promoters

The Board of Directors of Arshiya Ltd at its meeting held on November 21, 2015, has allotted 1,39,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on preferential basis, in terms of approval of shareholders accorded vide Special Resolution passed on May 12, 2014, by way of Postal Ballot and pursuant to the scheme of the Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme (including any modification re-notification) approved by the CDR Empowered Group, to the Promoter Mrs. Archana A Mittal.

Shares of ARSHIYA INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.41.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 85753 in over 906 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.5 and intraday low of 40.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3637799.
