Gokaldas Exports Ltd allots 16666 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Board of Directors of Gokaldas Exports Ltd at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, has allotted 16,666 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5/- each in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS) 2010.

The Paid Up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 3,47,39,327 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 3,47,55,993 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
