Tantia Constructions Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Nov 14, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tantia Constructions Ltd will be held on November 14, 2015, to consider preferential allotment of shares through postal ballot process to the promoters of the Company an amount of Rs. 21 Crores bought in by the promoters as unsecured loan as a part of CDR package.

Further in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 as amended from time to time, Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Shares will remain closed from November 03, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of aforesaid Board Meeting.
