SVP Global Ventures Ltd approves allotment of NCNCPS

The Board of Directors of SVP Global Ventures Ltd at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, have ratified the resolutions passed by the Share Allotment Committee at their meeting held on October 30, 2015, October 31, 2015 and November 03, 2015 for allotment of 11,96,666 5% Redeemable, Non Convertible, Non Cumulative Preference Shares on preferential basis.
