Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 81,300 (Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on November 09, 2015 under the JESOP II, YBL ESOP and JESOP V/PESOP II. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,08,03,650 consisting of 41,90,80,365 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,16,16,650 consisting of 41,91,61,665 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
