Allsoft Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 30,00,000 Equity Shares @ 10/- each on preferential basis U/s 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
