Ruchi Strips allots 6,50,000 Preference Shares

Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, has Issue and allotted 6,50,000 5% non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each on preferential basis to the Promoter Group.
