Customers give Snapdeal a big thumbs up for the Fashion Monday Sale

India's largest Marketplace Snapdeal's Fashion Monday sale gets off to a flying start. More than 500,000 units were sold by 11 AM. The trends indicate upwards of 15x growth in women ethnic wear including anarkali suits, sarees and lehengas. There is a huge surge in orders for shoes and fashion accessories such as watches, perfumes and fragrances.

Rahul Taneja, Vice President, Category Management, Snapdeal said, "We are thrilled by the tremendous response from customers on our fourth Monday sale during the festive season. Delivering world class customer experience has been the thrust for us this Diwali and the sheer increase in volume of orders is a huge validation of our efforts".

The Fashion Sale will continue till midnight tonight bringing more than 500 fashion brands on one platform, with deals and discounts ranging from 30-80% as well as buy one get one free on select products.
