Blue Dart Express Ltd to delist from BSE and NSE

Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed that shareholders of the Company in the EGM of the Company held on September 20,2006 have approved the proposal for Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
