The Initial Public Offering of Lokesh Machines Ltd has got subscription for 19.51 times resulting in an oversubscription of 18.51 times. The issue opened on April 7, 2006 and closed today. The company is issuing 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.130 to Rs.140 per share.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 19.6265 times, Non Institutional Investors portion 20.4721 times and the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received response for 18.9353 times.
