Pidilite Industries Ltd grants 2 lakh Stock Options

Pidilite Industries Ltd has granted 2,00,000 options under ESOS 2012 to Mr. Bharat Puri, Managing Director of the Company. 50% of these options shall vest on April 10, 2017 and balance on April 10, 2018.

The exercise period will be upto 5 years from the date of vesting of options and exercise price will be Re. 1/- per share for 2,00,000 of stock options.

Shares of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.578.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 577.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11923 in over 747 trades.
