GHCL Board approves issue of 49 lacs warrants

GHCL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2007, inter alia, has given in-principle approval for issue of 49 lacs Preferential Convertible Warrants to promoters of the Company subject to approval of shareholders. Each warrant shall be consisting of two parts and warrants holder will be entitled for one equity share against each part of warrant.
