Sagar Cements allots 367432 shares on conversion of warrants

Sagar Cements Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, has allotted 3,67,432 equity shares to the promoter group against the conversion of a part of the warrants allotted to them earlier. With this fresh issue of equity shares, the share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs 13,06,97,320/- consisting of 1,30,69,732 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
