Bambino Agro secures approval from shareholders and institutions for scheme of arrangement

Bambino Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2006, has been obtained for the scheme of arrangement with the shareholders and term lending financial institutions. The said approval is subject to the approval of the concerned authorities and Stock Exchanges.
