Tricom Fruit Products Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Oct 10, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tricom Fruit Products Ltd will be held on October 10, 2015, for the purpose of allotment of 20,00,000 Equity Shares to M/s. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited which was approved by shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 09, 2015.

Further, for the said purpose as per the Company's internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from October 08, 2015 till October 12, 2015.
