Lifestyle Fabrics to seek approval for shifting registered office to Ahmedabad

Lifestyle Fabrics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2006 has considered and approved the following:

1. To conduct a Postal Ballot u/s 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 to seek the approval of the Members of the Company by Special Resolution for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Bandra (East), Mumbai, in the State of Maharashtra to Odhav Road, Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat and consequential amendments in the Memorandum of Association of the Company Pursuant to provisions of Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956.
