Info Edge (India) Ltd Grants 24000 Stock Options to Employees of the Company

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Info Edge (India) Ltd through a circular resolution passed on October 05, 2015 has granted 24,000 Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs) at an exercise price of Rs. 800.05 per SAR to the eligible employees of the Company.

The above SARs shall vest over a period of 3 years and the said SARs shall be exercisable within a period of 5 years from the date of grant i.e. September 30, 2020.

Shares of INFO EDGE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.796 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 800.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2102 in over 210 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 801 and intraday low of 790. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1671663.
