Advanta Ltd allots 13385 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of Advanta Ltd in its meeting held on September 30, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 13,385 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under 'Advanta India Limited Employee Stock Option and Shares Plan-2006'.

Shares of Advanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.530 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 532.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 883 in over 100 trades.
