Bharat Electronics members approve final dividend of 106%

Bharat Electronics Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, have declared payment of 106% Final Dividend on the paid up equity capital of the Company (Dividend @ Rs 10.60/- per share). The Company has fixed October 16, 2006 as the due date of Final Dividend for the year 2005-06.
