HDFC allots 18875 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On September 24, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 18,875 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,53,69,500 consisting of 157,76,84,750 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1180.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1166.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 114278 in over 2782 trades.
