Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd approves revised ESOS for employees

The Members of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd at the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2015 approved the revised CFCL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2010 ("ESOS 2010"). Further, the shareholders have authorized the Board of Directors to create, offer, issue and allot not exceeding 17,19,798 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to CFCL Employees Welfare Trust for implementation of ESOS 2010.

Shares of CHAMBAL FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.56.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26779 in over 354 trades.
