Tech Mahindra allots 220126 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd met on September 22, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 220126 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

20400 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 abd 13300 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

71604 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010 and 39310 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

75512 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
