Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd allots 250000 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd at its meeting held on September 19, 2015 has made the Allotment of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of the Company to the "MCAP India Fund Ltd.", ( Non-Promoter), against conversion of 2,50,000 Warrants earlier allotted to them on preferential basis on 03.10.2014, in terms of in-principle approval letter dated 26.09.2014 of BSE Ltd.

With the aforesaid allotment, the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been enhanced from Rs. 18,92,68,770/-to Rs. 19,17,68,770/-divided into 1,91,76,877 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of GANESHA ECOSPHERE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.126 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2839 in over 103 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126 and intraday low of 121. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 352717.
