Biocon Ltd announces exercise of 20850 ESOP Options

20850 options under Biocon Ltd's Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 have been exercised by the option holders.

Accordingly, Biocon India Limited Employee Welfare Trust has transferred 20850 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each from trust to the eligible option holders.

Shares of BIOCON LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.440.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 441.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32674 in over 1227 trades.
