HDFC allots 819095 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On September 18, 2015, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 8,19,095 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,53,31,750 consisting of 157,76,65,875 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
