Future Financial Services Ltd has has decided to issue of 250 Rated, Listed, Taxable, Senior, Secured, Redeemable non-convertible debentures at face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each aggregate to the nominal value of Rs. 25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crores Only) at the Board meeting proposed to be held on September 18, 2015.
