Bharat Electronics Ltd allots 16 crore Bonus Shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Bharat Electronics Ltd, has in its meeting held on September 16, 2015, approved the proposal for allotment of 16,00,00,000 (Sixteen Crores) Bonus shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of the Company who have held shares as on the Record Date (i.e., September 15, 2015) in the ratio of 2:1 (2 Bonus shares for every share held).
