Uflex Converts FCCBs into 177.760 Equity Shares

Uflex Ltd has announced that one of the FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity Shares to the extent of US$ 700,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular and in principal of BSE the Company has allotted 177,760 equity shares of Rs l0/- each to the FCCB holder.
