The Initial Public Offering of Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has received subscription of 2.17 times. The company came out with an IPO of 86,95,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.70 to Rs.81. The issue opened on March 28, 2006 and closed on April 04, 2006.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.7389 times, Non Institutional Investors portion has received subscription of 2.0006 times, Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received the maximum subscription of 4.4332 times and the employees portion of the issue received subscription of 1.0374 times.
