Info Edge (India) Ltd allots 2 lakh Shares to ESOP Trust

Pursuant to the authorization given by the Board, the Committee of Executive Directors of Info Edge (India) Ltd at its meeting held on September 09, 2015 has approved the allotment of 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the Info Edge Employee Stock Option Plan Trust. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company shall be Rs. 1,206,161,590/- divided into 120,616,159 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of INFO EDGE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.806.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 754.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14640 in over 1084 trades.
