The Board of Directors of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd, vide its resolution dated September 08, 2015 allotted 44230000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Fairbridge Capital (Mauritius) Limited (FCML), Promoter of the Company, on exercise of its right to convert the balance 4423000 CCPS into 44230000 equity shares of the Company.
