Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd allots 105013 shares

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held on September 03, 2015 allotted 105,013 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2002, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, 38,000 shares are allotted to Mr. Chaitanya Kamat, Managing Director & CEO of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 423,870,900.00 divided into 84,774,180 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3757.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3917.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4311 in over 994 trades.
