HDFC Bank Ltd allots 3185500 Equity Shares

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on September 02, 2015, 3185500 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5027738234 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5034109234 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.995.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1010.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100500 in over 4164 trades.
