Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd approves conversion of loans into shares

The Board of Directors of Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd at its meeting held on August 19, 2015, has approved the allotment of shares to CDR lenders pursuant to conversion of partial loan into equity as per the CDR scheme. The conversion of loan into equity is approved by shareholders vide postal ballot dated June 24, 2015.

On the receipt of in - principle approval from the stock exchanges, Board has allotted 213733963 shares at Rs. 3.86 per share.

Shares of CONSOLIDATED CONSTRUCTION CONSORTIUM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.31. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7396 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.95 and intraday low of 4.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33605.
