Subros AGM approves 35% dividend

Subros Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2006, have duly approved and adopted the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006 and also approved the dividend @ 35% on equity capital of the Company.
