Tantia Constructions AGM approves Re.1 Dividend

Tantia Constructions Ltd has announced that the members at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration dividend to the preference share holder at the rate of Rs 1.05/- per share & declaration of dividend at the rate of Re 1/- per share on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
