Natural Capsules Ltd approves conversion of 220000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Natural Capsules Ltd at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, has approved the pending 2,20,000 share warrant conversion to 2,20,000 equity share allotment to promoters (preferential issue). The Company has realized the balance 75% allotment money Rs. 59,40,000/- from the respective allottees on August 07, 2015 against allotment of the 2,20,000 equity shares on conversion of the 2,20,000 warrants from the applicants of the aforesaid shares.
