Radico Khaitan calls for EGM on Aug 11, 2007 to seek approval for issue of warrants

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on August 11, 2007, to issue and allot 69,40,000 Warrants having optional right of conversion into equity shares ("Warrants") to the Rampur International Ltd and Classic Fintrex Pvt Ltd (Promoters) on a preferential basis, on such terms and conditions and in such manner as the Board may think fit, without offering the same to any persons / shareholders / Members, who at the date of offer are holders of equity shares of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
