The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Advanta Ltd, vide Circular Resolution effective August 11, 2015, has allotted 150,795 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under 'Advanta Employee Stock Option Plan - 2013'.
