The Board of Directors of Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd at its meeting held on August 05, 2015, has approved the allotment of 2,36,250 Zero Coupon Bonds ("ZCBs") at a price of Rs. 1000/- per debenture to Bank of India Limited on private placement basis.
