Kalyani Forge AGM approves Rs.2.20 dividend per share

Kalyani Forge Ltd has announced that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2006, inter alia, have approved the Payment of dividend at the rate of Rs 2.20 per share on equity shares of the company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
