Phoenix International Board Meeting on Jul 30, 2007 to discuss term loan approval

Phoenix International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, to discuss the matter that the Indian Bank has sanctioned the Term Loan of Rs 17 Crores to the Company.
