Binani Industries Board Meeting on Jul 27, 2007

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the unaudited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the first quarter ended 30 June 2007 & will also consider a proposal for investment in a Joint Venture Cement Project in China by Binani Cement Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company.
