Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Slock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board of JM Financial Ltd, at its meeting held on July 30, 2015 has allotted 3,37,985 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 78,86,02,359/- representing 78,86,02,359 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.
