Amtek Auto Ltd approves raising of funds

The Board of Directors of Amtek Auto Ltd at its meeting held on July 28, 2015, has approved the raising of funds through various means i.e. issue of equity and convertible/non convertible securities or other equity linked securities.

The Board approved issue of Equity shares to Promoters of the Company upon conversion of their unsecured loan by way of Preferential Issue.

The decisions of the board on the above, are subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and the Company will, in this regard, call an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders.

Shares of AMTEK AUTO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.162.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 163.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 267801 in over 1658 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 165.05 and intraday low of 159.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43499510.
