Capital Trust Ltd allots 10 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Capital Trust Ltd at its meeting held on July 28, 2015 took note of allotment of 10,00,000 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of option against 10,00,000 warrants out of 75,00,000 warrants issued on May 22, 2015 to promoter, Mr. Yogen Khosla.

An amount equivalent to 75% of the total consideration determined in terms of Regulation 76 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, being the balance amount i.e. Rs. 8,77,50,000 as per Regulation 77(3) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 has been received on allotment of the said Equity Shares.

Shares of CAPITAL TRUST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.251.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 281.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 95819 in over 434 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 288.8 and intraday low of 240. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24306934.
