Hydro S&S Board recommends 12% dividend

Hydro S&S Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2007, inter alia, has decided to recommend a dividend of 12% @ Rs 1.20 per equity share of the Company for the year 2006-2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.53.90, down by Rs.5.20 or 8.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.45 and low of Rs.53.25. The total traded quantity was 15009 compared to 2 week average of 69246.
