Wockhardt Ltd allots 75000 Equity Shares

The Share Allotment Committee of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 75,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at their meeting held on July 27, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,097,015/- (110,419,403 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,472,015 (110,494,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
