Xo Infotech fixes Record Date for Scheme of Arrangement

Xo Infotech Ltd has announced that August 10, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for ascertaining the list of shareholders for issue of equity shares of Talbros Automotive Components Ltd post de-merger as per the scheme of arrangement approved by the Honorable High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh.

As per clause 7.1 of the scheme of arrangement, shareholders of XO Infotech Ltd will be entitled to 1 equity share of Rs 10/- each in Talbros Automotive Components Ltd for every 100 equity share of Rs 10/- each held on XO Infotech Ltd.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.2.56, down by Rs.0.14 or 5.19%. The total traded quantity was 6350 compared to 2 week average of 3812. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2.69 and low of Rs.2.54.
