CapitalVia's founder speaks on Start-Up Culture in TAPMI

Mr. Rohit Gadia, Founder of CapitalVia Global Research was invited by T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) of Manipal to address their students of PGDM program in CXO Leadership Lecture Series to share his intense knowledge on Start-Up Culture at TAPMI. While addressing the students Mr. Gadia spoke on the topic "Idea to Implementation - Passion Pays" and said "Entrepreneurship doesn't start when you have a full-fledged working model, instead it begins on the very day when the idea pops in for the first time; when you think you are born to innovate what others can't think of and pursue your own dreams. Those who do not work for their own dreams are generally hired by others to contribute in building theirs. Risking everything for the passionate dream to come true is to partially achieve it at the same moment. When you go out of the box, you create your own world of great expertise."

By sharing his own journey he explained the students how an idea can make difference in anyone's life, what one need is to pursue his/her passion. He recounted the whole journey of CapitalVia that it was just an idea few years ago and now CapitalVia has more than 800 dynamic professionals working intensely towards achieving the vision, mission and values of the company.

He emphasized the need of clear focus, dedication and determination while working as an Entrepreneur.

Mr. Gadia also interacted with the students and acknowledged everyone's questions and doubts. He explained the core meaning of entrepreneurship, its aspects and motivated students to look for their passion, no matter how big it looks in the beginning, but to explore the horizons of their dreams by themselves.
